Request a service.

1. Choose your services and preferred dates, then send your request. There is nothing to pay at this stage. Our team confirms availability, the price and the conditions before you decide. Follow your requests and confirmed services in My Stay.
2. Paid changes are requests for our team to review, not immediate changes to the booking.

Changes and cancellation

Open the booking to request a change or cancellation. Review the terms and deadline shown for that service. A request does not mean that a change or refund has been approved or completed.
