Privacy, the short version

This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no advertising scripts. The principal financial calculators run in your browser. No email is required to explore the public tools.

Privacy, the complete version

When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: your address or number, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and, if a project follows, to work on that project. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to any marketing list. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask for its deletion, at any time by writing to hello@beemyguest.ai.

Our hosting provider and Cloudflare keep standard technical server logs (IP address, requested pages, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes, under their own retention policies. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. The owner portal linked from this site is operated on Guesty infrastructure under its own terms.

The direct-booking interface on the stays page connects to a Bee My Guest service operated on Cloudflare, which requests availability and stay quotes from Guesty. Dates and guest count are processed to answer the search. If you book, your contact details are transmitted to Guesty for the reservation and stay relationship. An operational record is retained in Cloudflare D1 for payment orchestration, status reconciliation and transactional follow-up; contact details are encrypted. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to protect checkout and booking-link recovery from automated abuse.

Xendit processes the payment checkout under its own privacy and security terms. Bee My Guest does not receive or store card numbers. We retain payment references, amounts, status and timestamps needed to reconcile Xendit with Guesty. Transactional reservation messages may be sent through Guesty; the Bee My Guest operations address may receive a copy so the team can follow the deposit and outstanding balance. For split payments, no automatic card charge is made: the guest actively completes a fresh secure checkout for the final balance.

Guest services and My Stay

My Stay lets you plan services, pay, see their progress and request changes. We process your selected services, dates, quantities, contact details and the optional instructions you provide so the residence team can organise your request. Paid services and their payment references are also recorded on your Guesty reservation. This is operational follow-up, not consent to marketing.

Please share only information needed for the service. Dietary preferences, allergies and health-related notes are optional; do not upload medical records or include unrelated information about yourself or other travellers. These notes are encrypted in the operational database and restricted in the staff console. The team may share relevant instructions with the kitchen, driver, therapist or other provider arranging your requested service.

The browser saves your draft service selection on this device so you can return to it. Sensitive answer fields such as dietary preferences, allergies and health notes are kept separately in browser session storage, rather than the persistent cart. The private My Stay access link is also kept in session storage. Browser session restoration can restore this information: on a shared device, clear the site's stored data when finished and do not forward your private link. Removing a draft or clearing browser data does not cancel a submitted order or erase its server-side record.

Submitted orders, changes, payment evidence and staff actions remain part of the operational record; closing My Stay does not delete them. You can ask about the information held, its retention, a correction or deletion by contacting hello@beemyguest.ai. Records needed to settle a payment, refund or dispute are handled separately from optional service notes. Our technical service providers include Cloudflare, Guesty and Xendit; communications through a booking platform or WhatsApp are also subject to that provider's terms.
