François Dalleau joined the Harmonie project at foundation stage. He assumed full project direction during the second-floor slab, then led completion and opening. Bee My Guest operates the three-villa collection today.
Within Bee My Guest, his public remit is described as villa operations, systems and owner reporting in Bali. The work connects commercial decisions, residence routines, finance, operating compliance and the information returned to owners.
