We consider the property, its operating conditions and your objectives before deciding whether to propose a management agreement. Start with its location, current status and what you would like us to take on.

  • The property: its quality, systems, maintenance needs and readiness to welcome guests.
  • The operation: the team, responsibilities, records and work needed to run the villa.
  • The working relationship: your priorities, the information we can share and how decisions will be made.

The initial application review is free. Any visit or further work is agreed separately.
