The process
Three steps, with a useful answer at the end.
- Send the property picture. Share the location, current status, useful links and the operating question. Do not send files or sensitive financial information through this form.
- A person reviews it. We may ask for missing context. Once the picture is complete, the response is yes, no or not yet—with the reasoning attached.
- If there is a fit, we visit. The next stage is a walk-through and onboarding audit covering systems, licensing, staffing and market position. Terms follow the audit.
What we do not do
No generic quotes, listings-only mandates or portfolios we cannot walk. Development, feasibility and owner representation belong with DALLEAU; residence and hospitality operations belong here.
