Bee My Guest tools are designed to structure a decision. They are not an offer, valuation, legal, tax or investment advice, or a guarantee of any result.

Intellectual property

The interfaces, texts, visualisations, presentation models, software and databases created by Bee My Guest are protected. Substantial reproduction, automated extraction, reverse engineering, commercial reuse or creation of a derivative service without written permission is prohibited, subject to mandatory applicable rights.

Illustrative results

Results depend on the information entered, displayed assumptions, model version and data that may change. Results are illustrative and do not by themselves verify zoning, title, lease, permits, construction, market conditions or personal taxation.

Operation and data

The principal financial calculators run in the browser. No email is required to explore the tool. Standard technical logs may include IP address, timestamp and requested route for security and abuse prevention.

Sharing and saving

Do not place personal or confidential information in a public link. Local saves remain on the device. Future private cloud-saving functions will be covered by separate information.

Acceptable use

You must not disrupt the tools, bypass protections, overload endpoints, scrape content at scale or use the outputs to mislead third parties. Bee My Guest may limit or block abusive use.

Independent professionals

Confirm every material point with appropriately licensed professionals in Indonesia and your own jurisdiction. The tools do not replace land, legal, tax, technical or commercial due diligence.
